建立面向未来的中美关系战略共识与长期稳定框架

摘要：

过去35年,"融入-接触"构成了中国对美战略与美国对华战略的主轴。在中国需要加入国际体系并实现现代化这一问题上,中美拥有战略共识。这一共识在过去10年逐渐松动,2015年春季以来美国战略界对华战略的大讨论则是这一趋势的最新表现。面向未来35年,中美亟需建立"同一体系内共同发展"的新战略共识,并搭建一个长期稳定框架,即两国在体系中和平共处、有限竞争、有效合作。中国有关构建中美新型大国关系的倡议或可承担这一使命。
