摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种多因素引发的疾病,该病的病因及发病机制尚不清楚,多种因素均可诱发该病发作,如胃肠动力异常,内脏感觉过敏,肠道炎性反应及免疫功能改变,饮食及生活方式的改变,心理因素等。研究发现,IBS患者存在明显的精神心理异常及睡眠障碍。此文就IBS和精神心理因素及睡眠障碍的关系作一综述。
