早期肺癌肺叶特异性淋巴结清扫的研究进展

摘要：

肺癌手术中系统性淋巴结清扫已成为标准术式,但对于早期肺癌尚存在多种清扫方式,各种清扫方式的利弊仍然存在争议。鉴于临床早期肺癌病例日趋增加,特别是I期肺癌肺叶特异性淋巴结清扫的研究逐渐深入,本文就目前的相关进展予以综述。
