无抽搐电休克治疗对抑郁症患者认知功能的影响

摘要：

目的探讨无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对抑郁症患者认知功能的影响。方法将符合入组条件的35例抑郁症患者分为MECT组和药物组,MECT组使用MECT合并SSRI类药物治疗,药物组单纯使用SSRI类药物治疗,分别在基线期、2周末、4周末,以WCST、IGT、WAIS-RC为工具,对2组进行认知功能测定。结果 2组治疗后HAMD评分明显低于基线期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IGT及WCST测试结果显示,第2周末2组间无显著差异,第4周有显著差异(P<0.05);WAIS-RC数字广度结果表明,MECT组2周末出现下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);4周末时,各指标与基线分值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抑郁症患者经过MECT治疗后,短期内患者执行功能及情感决策功能均无变化,工作记忆能力呈下降趋势,长期疗效则显示MECT对执行功能及情感决策功能具有改善作用,对工作记忆无明显影响。
