左归丸改善MSG-肝再生大鼠肝肾精血亏虚证的作用机制研究

To study the effect and the mechanism of Zuogui Pill on the deficiency of kidney essence and liver blood.Methods:Established the model of deficiency of kidney essence and liver blood of rat(the model of MSG regeneration rat).Observing the deficiency kidney essence and liver blood and ARN or regeneration liver of expression transforming growth factor type 1 beta(TGF β 1).Results:The liver regeneration of the model of MSG regeneration rat,postoperated on 11th day,the degree of liver regeneration was 0 58±0 03,the rate of liver weight/body weight was 3 27±0 12,MI was 0 11±0 02,RBC was 3 83±0 09×10 12 /L,Hb was 119 0±8 3g/L.The group of treatment by Zuogui Pill(dosage 5g/kg daily),postoperated on 11th day,the degree of liver regeneration was 0 84±0 04,the rate of liver weight/body weight was 3 85±0 14,MI was 0 11±0 02,RBC was 5 12±0 06×10 12 /L,Hb was 172 7±3 9g/L.The above datum were significantly different among the groups.The observation results showed MSG induced injury to ARN of the rat treated with monosodium glutamate.Comparing to the model of MSG regeneration rat group,it showed that Zuogui Pill could obviously inhibited the ARN injury in the rat treated with monosodium glutamate.The maladjustment in liver regeneration of the model of MSG regeneration rat,in the end,the liver regeneration was significantly inhibited.The effect of promoting liver regeneration in the model of MSG regeneration rat treated by gastrogavage Zuogui Pill.All data are reported as means±SE.When this analysis revealed a significant difference(p<0 05 or p<0 01).TGF β 1 has an obviously higher expression in liver and ARN during liver regeneration of the model of MSG regeneration rat.The effect of regulation of TGF β 1 expression in liver and ARN of the model of MSG regeneration rat treated by gastrogavage Zuogui Pill.The effect inhibited the deficiency of kidney essence and liver blood of the model MSG regeneration rat treated by gastrogavage Zuogui Pill.Conclusion:The deficiency of kidney essence and liver blood of the model of MSG regeneration rat can be improved gastrogavage Zuogui Pill.The effect of regulation TGF β 1 expression in liver and ARN of the model of MSG regeneration rat treated by gastrogavage.
