人力资源管理创新的管理理念研究

摘要
进入全球化时代,创新是企业人力资源管理能力建设的战略工具之一。围绕"是什么""受哪些因素影响""如何实施"的逻辑递进思路可以产生如下成果:诠释企业人力资源管理创新,从狭义和广义视角分别重新审视人力资源管理创新的内涵,辨析内部因素和外部因素对企业人力资源管理创新的影响;归纳并诠释以企业为中心、以员工为中心和以利益相关者为中心三种逻辑视角下的人力资源管理理念演变;例证原始创新、嫁接创新和集成创新三种方法在不同理念下人力资源管理实践创新的具体应用。
