摘要：

心力衰竭是指心脏结构或功能异常导致心室充盈或射血能力受损的一组临床综合征,是各种心脏疾病发展的终末阶段。流行病学资料表明发达国家成人心力衰竭的患病率为1%2%,并且随着年龄的增加其患病率显著增高。慢性心力衰竭的药物治疗从最初的强心、利尿、扩血管等改善短期血流动力学,转变为抑制神经内分泌系统以延缓心室重构、提高生活质量、降低住院率和病死率的长期策略。慢性心力衰竭依据左室射血分数可以分为射血分数降低的心力衰竭和射血分数保留的心力衰竭,目前尚无明确的治疗手段能有效的降低射血分数保留心力衰竭的发生率与病死率,因而文章将主要对射血分数降低的慢性心力衰竭的药物治疗进行概述。
