基于DEA的国家级科技企业孵化器运行效率分析

摘要：

文章以数据包络分析法(DEA)为研究工具,参照2013年《中国火炬统计年鉴》的统计数据,重点研究了沪宁杭三地41个国家级科技企业孵化器运行效率现状,并利用单因素方差分析法对三地国家级科技企业孵化器的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行了差异比较,根据计算结果对相对非有效的孵化器的投入冗余、产出不足、规模不匹配等问题进行了分析与探讨。
