摘要
甜樱桃雨季裂果是一种生理性病害,严重影响甜樱桃果品质量和产量。深入分析了甜樱桃果实从果面吸收水分到果实内膨压引起裂果的理论发展过程,阐述了甜樱桃裂果的3个类型、发生原因及裂果发生的主要时期。从果实的表型特征、果皮结构特点、果皮组织力学性能、遗传因素、外界环境条件、矿质元素及栽培因素等方面详细阐述了影响甜樱桃裂果的各种因素。提出应用物理屏障防止水分接触果面及化学药剂调节果实表面渗透势等措施可减轻裂果,并就防治甜樱桃裂果研究方向提出应着重从选育抗裂品种、研制新型防裂产品及实施科学栽培措施等方面入手。
