摘要：

自美国次贷危机引发的全球经济危机爆发以来,我国很多出口导向型的中小企业因为资金链的断裂而出现生存危机,中小企业融资难的问题再次成为全社会关注的一个热点问题。有鉴于此,本文在分析考察国外中小企业信贷融资研究的最新进展的同时,对国外的相关文献中影响中小企业信贷融资难的主要因素、企业家异质性特征与中小企业信贷融资的可获性、提高中小企业信贷融资可获性的方案以及缓解中小企业信贷融资难等问题进行了梳理和剖析,目的是对我国中小企业信贷融资的理论研究与实践有所启示。
