辱虐管理研究前沿综述:新构念与新思路

摘要
辱虐管理对员工的态度、行为和组织的成本、收益具有重要的影响,自其出现就备受学术界关注,尤其2010年后有许多新的发现。文章辨析了辱虐管理内涵,整理了辱虐管理测量的新方法,发现包括辱虐管理氛围等在内的多种辱虐管理新构念,提出了辱虐管理的积极影响等四种研究的新思路,指出了现阶段辱虐管理研究的启示与未来研究的展望,为学术界未来进行辱虐管理研究提供新的思路和视野。
