间充质干细胞在脓毒症治疗中的探索及机制

摘要
脓毒症是一种机体对感染反应失调所致的危及生命的器官功能障碍, 是重症监护室中常见的危重症。干细胞治疗具有减轻组织损伤、修复受伤组织的潜能, 同时具有良好的免疫调节和较强的抗炎及抗细胞凋亡能力。间充质干细胞在脓毒症治疗中取得了一些进展, 参与调节脓毒症时炎症因子表达、免疫细胞功能和组织修复再生等机制, 为探索脓毒症治疗带来了新希望。本文就间充质干细胞在脓毒症治疗中的作用机制、所面临的问题和未来展望做一综述。
