334例成人腹股沟疝Lichtenstein无张力修补手术的术后并发症分析

摘要：

目的分析成人腹股沟疝Lichtenstein手术后常见并发症发生的原因和防治措施。方法回顾性分析 334例成人腹股沟疝Lichtenstein手术的临床资料。结果 1例疝复发 ,复发率为0 3%。术后切口区痛感轻微。切口感染 4例 ,感染率为 1 2 %。阴囊血肿 5例 ,发生率为 1 5 %。结论成人腹股沟疝采用Lichtenstein手术术后疝复发率和切口痛发生率低。
