摘要
工作疏离感日益受到国内外研究者的广泛重视。本文从概念界定、影响因素、构成维度、后果变量等方面对工作疏离感的相关研究进行梳理,分析了工作疏离感作为中介变量或调节变量的重要作用,并针对目前研究中存在的主要问题提出了进一步研究的方向。
