摘要：

企业的能力建设必须基于缺陷定位,卡普兰的战略地图模型可用于严格条件的企业组织能力缺陷分析,为使该种管理工具的应用条件更加真实,必须开发战略地图的权变结构,应用权变模型分析企业的能力缺陷涉及从环境因素到权变因素调整的路径解析。
