三元复合体系乳状液渗流对采收率影响

摘要
基于对三元复合体系乳状液渗流特征和压力动态特征的深入分析,找出了乳化作用对三元复合体系驱油效果影响的控制因素,建立了描述三元复合驱乳状液形成条件和描述影响驱油效率的乳化启动、乳化携带作用的数学模型;建立了描述影响波及效率的三元复合体系非牛顿型乳状液粘度数学模型和乳状液渗流引起水相渗透率降低系数数学模型。在此基础上,根据建立的二维剖面非均质正韵律油藏模型,对乳化作用对驱替效率和波及效率的影响进行了定量研究,模拟结果表明,乳化启动、乳化携带作用提高了驱油效率,乳状液的高粘度和乳状液渗流引起的水相渗透率降低改善了中低渗层的分流量,提高了波及效率,乳化对波及效率和驱动效率的提高程度与乳化程度有关。研究结果对于三元复合驱方案设计和生产动态预测具有重要指导作用。
