摘要
利用同步辐射光源显微CT造影成像获取离体乳腺癌瘤内血管网络,采用设计的分块加载双阈值分割方法提取大数据量(2GB-5GB)的瘤内血管,结合体绘制结果采用微血管密度(MICROVESSEL DENSITY,MVD)和分形维度(FRACTAL DIMENSION,FD)两个定量指标,对随时间生长的肿瘤微血管网络变化进行了初步分析。
