摘要：
According to the data of 5 th population census of China,the paper conducts analysis of the population whose normally resident location had changed from 1995 to 2000. The characteristics of population migration show that the inter province migration is stronger than within province one, the targets of inter province migration are mainly eastern provinces, the motivation of migration is mainly business,and main migration population is single physical, male and young labor forces.
