<正>缺血性脑卒中是一组以脑组织缺血性损伤和体征为主要临床表现的急性脑血管病,具有发病率高、致残率高和死亡率高的特点。据流行病学数据估计,目前我国每年有约800万急性脑卒中患者,每年有超过150万患者死亡,其中大部分为缺血性脑卒中[1]。即使经临床积极抢救后幸存的患者中,也大多伴有程度不同的卒中后遗症,包括严重偏瘫、瘫痪的运动障碍,言语障碍,学习记忆下降和空间识别、认知能力减低,严重影响患者生存质量,加大经济和社会负担。尽管随着多年的基础和临床研究,我们对脑梗死发生发展机制的理解有了很大的进步,并且在动物实验中已经找到多种神经保
