基于制度距离的跨国公司知识转移研究

众多学者从知识的特点、企业和国家层面提出了知识跨国界转移的影响因素,而鲜有学者从国家之间制度差异视角就知识跨国界转移进行研究。基于此,本文以跨国公司为研究对象,探究了制度距离对跨国公司总部和国外分支机构之间双向和单向知识转移的影响。研究结果表明,制度距离越远,跨国公司跨国界转移知识越困难。并且,管制距离下更难于转移明晰性知识,而规范和认知距离下更难于转移默会性知识。此外,本文进一步指出,跨国公司可以通过国际经验的累积和企业社会资本的构建,减弱制度距离对跨国公司知识转移的影响。
