中国胭脂鱼同工酶的研究

摘要：
本文利用同工酶电泳方法,研究了中国胭脂鱼的种群关系。分析的五种酶均为单态,故中国胭脂鱼应为一个种。并根据重复基因表达(祖征)情况,认为它应属于较原始的种类。少数重复基因不表达,形成功能二倍体为离征。其酶谱表现了组织的异质性,伹无性别、年龄的差异。
