摘要：

依据法律条款和职业道德准则,医生单方面决定治疗的治疗模式已受到约束,表现在治疗过程中必须尊重患者的意愿,患者的选择是第一位的原则。医乍有义务告之患者输血的好处以及存在的风险,让患者了解输库血、自体血和血制品的优缺点,患者有自主选择输何种血甚至拒绝输血的权利。除患者情况危急由不得患者自行选择外,输血前患者有知情权。西方许多发达国家的法律明确规定患者有权拒绝输血。
