摘要
[目的]分析水稻抗病初期miRNA及靶基因的表达情况。[方法]运用Affymetrix基因表达谱芯片及miRNA芯片对接种稻瘟菌的水稻进行关联分析,通过分子注释系统平台(MAS 3.0)对差异表达miRNA靶基因的功能进行注释分析。[结果]研究显示表达差异以Fold change绝对值大于1.5倍进行筛选,共筛选到41个miRNA,与靶基因存在调控关系的有25个。[结论]水稻抗病初期存在表达差异的miRNA,一些靶基因在水稻抗病反应中起关键作用。
