创业者性格特质对机会识别的影响:基于PSED Ⅱ的实证研究

摘要：

从特质论视角出发,文章创造性地构建了创业者机会识别方式选择模型。以PSEDⅡ的横截面数据为样本,采用多元和二元logit回归方法,文章检验了美国创业者创新导向、成就动机、自我效能、控制源、模糊容忍能力、自主性等性格特质对搜索、发现、浮现等三种机会识别方式选择的影响。结果表明,成就动机、控制源、模糊容忍能力及自主性等特质对创业者在搜索与发现,发现与浮现之间的选择有显著影响。
