<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD),是指除外大量饮酒和其他明确损害肝脏的因素所致的以弥漫性肝细胞脂肪变为病理特征的临床综合征,包括单纯性脂肪肝(simple fatty liver,SFL)、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)及其相关的肝硬化和肝细胞癌(Hepatocelluar carcinoma,HCC)。近年来,由于生活水
