教育如何促进贫困者的职业发展?

摘要：

文章基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2013年的调查数据,对"农村贫困出身70后"受教育情况与职业发展的关系展开讨论。量化分析结果表明,教育对贫困者的职业收入有显著促进作用,对贫困者的职业层次亦有积极影响,但教育对贫困者职业感受和职业稳定性的影响不显著。课题组在西南地区的扶贫调研证实了上述结果。调研还发现,教育对职业感受和职业稳定性影响不显著的原因可能在于,贫困程度制约了教育促进贫困者职业发展的广度和深度,越客观外显、越切近生存的维度,教育的促进作用越及时、显著。
