摘要
表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)家族属于Ⅰ型受体酪氨酸激酶家族 ,在特异配体的刺激下 ,可经多条信号通路调节细胞的生长、增殖及分化。当其异常表达时 ,可干扰胞外信号的正常传递而致癌。目前 ,已出现了多种有效措施以干扰肿瘤的信号传递。
