内皮素基因的研究进展

摘要：

内皮素(ET)是近年发现的一种很强的缩血管活性肽及有丝分裂原。实验表明,ET参与了许多疾病尤其是心血管疾病的发病过程。研究内皮素基因(ppETgene)对在基因水平上防治与ET有关的心血管疾病有重要意义。本文从其一般结构、调控结构及基因演化等方面简述了目前ppETgene的研究情况。
