摘要：

目的　探讨藿香正气软胶囊 ( HXZQ)对肠屏障功能的保护作用。方法　 Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,建立肢体缺血 -再灌注模型。 HXZQ各组分别于造模前 ig给药 ,测定血清肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF-α)水平、血浆二胺氧化酶( DAO)活性及小肠上皮细胞细胞膜流动性。结果　肢体缺血 -再灌注后 ,肠道屏障功能明显受到损伤和破坏。HXZQ能明显降低血清 TNF- α水平 ( P<0 .0 1) ,显著降低血浆中 DAO活性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,显著提高小肠上皮细胞细胞膜流动性。结论　 HXZQ对肢体缺血 -再灌注损伤时肠道屏障功能具有明显的保护作用。
