摘要
知识分享在组织知识管理中处于最重要的地位。本文分析论证了组织内部知识分享交易市场、知识交易特性、知识分享的交易成本以及知识分享的促进因素与交易成本的关系,并提出了降低知识分享交易成本、提高员工知识分享意愿的措施和建议。
