摘要：

黏膜是人体第一道免疫屏障,黏膜免疫在机体免疫系统具有特殊地位。黏膜免疫系统作为当前免疫学的研究热点。虽然人体感染90%以上起始于黏膜(呼吸道,胃肠道,泌尿生殖道等),但是在人群中总的感染数量较低。这在一定程度上是黏膜免疫发挥作用的结果。s Ig A在人体外分泌液中发现的一种Ig A抗体,主要存在于唾液、泪液、乳汁、胃肠液、呼吸道分泌液、泌尿生殖道分泌液等外分泌液中,是人类黏膜免疫的主要抗体。s Ig A结构、含量的改变与许多疾病的发生、发展密切相关,对s Ig A深入研究对感染性疾病的防治具有重要意义。
