浙江省阴沟肠杆菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶基因型分布

摘要：

目的　了解浙江省产超广谱 β-内酰胺酶 ( ESBL s)阴沟肠杆菌的基因型分型。方法　根据 Gen-Bank颁布的序列 ,设计 TEM、SHV、CTX- M- 1、CTX- M- 2、CTX- M- 8、CTX- M- 9、OXA- 2和 OXA- 10的通用引物 ,对 5 3株表型筛选为产 ESBL s的阴沟肠杆菌进行 PCR检测 ,并克隆测序。表型与基因型不符的菌株用改良的三维试验法进行检测。结果　结果显示 5 3株阴沟肠杆菌中 34株扩增到 SHV型、CTX- M- 1组、CTX-M- 9组 ESBL s基因型 ,最常见的基因型是 CTX- M型 ,共有 2 9株 ,占 5 4 .72 %。CTX- M- 1组以 CTX- M- 14最多见 ( 2 0株 ) ,其次为 CTX- M- 13( 3株 )和 CTX- M- 2 4 ( 3株 )。CTX- M- 9组均为 CTX- M- 2 2 ( 5株 )。SHV PCR扩增阳性有 6株 ,均为 SHV- 12。有 16株 TEM PCR扩增阳性 ,序列分析证实均为 TEM- 1型广谱酶 ,未发现TEM型 ESBL s。有 2株细菌同时产两种以上 ESBL s。结论　浙江省阴沟肠杆菌中 ESBL s基因型主要是CTX- M型。
