摘要：

电压稳定性的离线分析不仅计算量大 ,而且难以适应实际系统运行方式的改变 ,因而电压稳定性的实时监视和控制逐渐变得重要。在总结前人研究工作的基础上 ,阐述电压稳定实时监控功能构成的一般框架。该框架采用静态和动态分析方法相结合的途径 ,对系统当前状态和预想故障进行分析 ,并辅以规则库 ,从而对系统的电压稳定性作出恰当评估。另外 ,对该软件包与能量管理系统 (EMS)的接口和交互亦作了一些讨论
