窄谱中波紫外线的生物学效应及应用

摘要
窄谱中波紫外线波长在 311nm左右 ,对银屑病等多种疾病具有确切疗效。综述了窄谱中波紫外线的生物学效应 ,包括对T细胞、朗格汉斯细胞、黑素细胞、尿刊酸、细胞因子等的影响 ,红斑效应和致癌性等 ,以及窄谱中波紫外线对银屑病等疾病的治疗进展
