氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白的免疫原性及其研究进展

摘要
低密度脂蛋白发生氧化修饰后 ,化学结构与生物学特性发生明显改变 ,产生新的抗原决定簇 ,具有较强的免疫原性。可以引起免疫反应 ,刺激机体产生特异性抗氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白抗体。从而使ox LDL可以通过免疫学途径参与动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。本文就ox LDL的免疫原性及其研究进展作一综述。
