高压氧对家兔急性脑缺血重灌流损伤时PGI2、TXA2作用的研究

摘要
将新西兰白兔33只随机分成对照、高气压、高压氧(hyperbaric oxygenation HBO)组,均造成急性不完全性脑缺血后重灌流的模型。分别测定颈总动脉,颈内静脉血气和缺血区皮质脑组织匀浆的6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2含量,并做病理检查。结果:HBO组的6-Keto-PGF1α含量明显增多(P<0.01),TXB2明显降低(P<0.05)。HBO组的血PO2明显升高(P<0.01)。病理检查显示HBO组的脑组织损伤较轻。结论:HBO对家兔急性脑缺血后重灌流时的PGI2和TXA2有显著影响,这可能是HBO治疗急性脑缺血的机制之一。
