摘要：

<正>早发冠心病(PCHD)患者指的是男性发病年龄55岁以下,女性发病年龄在65岁以下。PCHD的发生和发展与多种环境因素和遗传因素相关,而且发病率和病死率存在明显的性别差异。有研究发现,冠心病的发生率在绝经后期女性身上明显升高,而雌激素的分泌水平在绝经后减少,故认为在冠心病的发生发展过程中雌激素及其受体发挥了至关重要的作用[1]。因此,雌激素及其受体和早发冠心病血瘀证相关性值得我们深入研究和探讨。
