摘要：

卒中严重威胁人类健康,高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率给全球带来沉重的疾病负担。卒中流行病学研究,除应用经典的研究设计进行现场调查外,近年来,在已发表文献的基础上进行二次研究备受关注。利用世界疾病负担报告及发表的相关文章,应用特定的模型和估算方法,可得到世界范围的卒中发病率、患病率、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年(disability-adjusted life years,DALYs)及影响因素危险度。本文针对已发表的医学文献进行卒中流行病学研究的文章综述。
