碳排放约束下中国旅游业绿色发展效率研究——基于修正三阶段DEA模型

摘要：

文章引入非期望因素修正三阶段DEA模型,剔除随机误差和外部环境因素影响,研究2010-2014年中国30个省市旅游业绿色发展效率。实证结果显示,仅东部地区旅游业绿色发展效率达到了最优;其中,东部旅游业绿色发展效率的领先主要来源于配置效率的提高,西部效率没达到最优则主要归因于技术效率的无效率,中部则主要归因于配置效率的无效率。在外部环境因素中,各省城市化水平、绿色交通水平对于旅游业能源利用效率的提高能够起到积极的作用;而各省技术创新水平、对外开放度显示出对旅游业绿色发展效率的负面影响。
