<正>肺结核(tuberculosis,TB)是临床常见的感染性疾病,早期诊断与恰当治疗可以明显改善患者预后[1]。在临床诊疗中,由于临床表现、影像学检查的重叠,临床医师很难去鉴别肺结核与普通细菌性肺炎,加之结核分枝杆菌涂片阳性率低、培养耗时较长等缺点,这些可能延误临床的诊断与治疗[2,3]。近年来,有学者应用中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophillymphocyte count ratio,NLCR)在阑尾炎[4]、结直肠癌[5]、败血症
