285例广东籍多囊卵巢综合征患者的特征

摘要：

目的分析广东籍多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床特征、内分泌改变和超声特征,并分析其相关性。方法回顾性分析广东籍PCOS妇女285例,对她们的临床表现,血生化改变及超声征象特点进行统计分析。结果肥胖、月经异常、不孕、多毛及痤疮的发生率分别为22.5%,83.3%,83.4%,34%,30.9%;236例(82.%)B超显示双卵巢呈多囊性(PCO)改变,32例(11.2%)仅一侧卵巢呈多囊性改变,阴道B超对PCO的检出率高于腹部B超。结论广东籍PCOS患者月经异常的发生率与欧美等国患者相似,肥胖、多毛、痤疮的发生率低于欧美国家患者;阴道B超对PCOS的诊断价值高于腹部B超。
