摘要
槲皮酮是葡萄酒中的类黄酮物质之一,具有较强的抗氧化性,能抑制冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、消除自由基、抗癌和抗炎症的作用。本文对葡萄酒中槲皮酮的含量,结构,保健功能以及其作用机理进行了介绍。
