发达国家顶尖人才培养体系特征研究

摘要：

高等教育在社会各界顶尖人才的培养方面作用巨大。通过对英、美、法、德等四国的一流高教体系的特征背景展开资料整理和分析研究,发现其各自具有高度集中、相对集中、多元分散和高度均衡等国别特点,其高校在专业设置、社会支持、数量规模、类型特色、国际声誉等方面也有显著差别。相关研究发现将有助于我国高等教育体系的自身模式改革,为培养和锻造不同领域的顶尖人才而进行相对科学的整体框架规划和专业结构优化。
