老年髋部脆性骨折的治疗现况及关注热点

摘要：

老年髋部脆性骨折因其较高的致残率、致死率,医疗费用高,日益受到国家、社会及临床医生的重视。骨科临床医生在重视治疗髋部骨折的同时,是否能够同样重视骨质疏松症的诊断和治疗,已经成为需要关注的问题。加强老年髋部骨折术后的抗骨质疏松治疗,对于改善患者生活质量、减轻社会和家庭负担有着重要意义。本文就目前我国髋部脆性骨折的诊疗现状、治疗共识及需要着重注意的问题进行简要述评,以期对临床医生有所帮助。
