人胃癌Ras基因多态性分析

摘要：

用C-Ha-ras癌基因作探针,研究各型胃癌DNA对限制性核酸内切酶BamHI和SacI的多态性。结果发现,在各型胃癌ras基因,出现5种BamHI片段和4种SacI片段,这些等位片段似乎与胃癌的病理组织学分型无明显关系。另外,Ha-ras基因BamHI片段及SacI片段在胃癌组织及癌旁“正常”胃粘膜的出现规律基本一致。提示;用癌旁胃粘膜作为健康对照组是不足取的。
