基于fMRI技术探讨针灸中枢作用机制的研究进展

摘要
通过收集f MRI相关的针灸文献,主要分析运用f MRI技术阐释针刺和艾灸中枢作用机制的研究进展。针刺f MRI研究较多,主要集中在腧穴特异性、穴位配伍、针感等方面,多数研究支持腧穴特异性,针感和穴位配伍能引起不同的脑功能响应,但针刺的中枢作用机制仍需进一步研究;而艾灸f MRI研究较少,以热敏灸为主,其他灸法研究稀少;针刺与艾灸比较效应的f MRI研究更少。
