脉压差与年龄肥胖和糖尿病的关系

摘要：

目的 :探讨脉压差与肥胖、高龄及糖尿病的关系。方法 :对 174 7例健康体检者脉压差与年龄、肥胖及糖尿病的相互关系进行了观察。结果 :随着年龄的增加脉压差升高 (P≤ 0 0 1) ;肥胖患者和糖尿病患者脉压差明显升高 (P≤ 0 0 5 ,P≤ 0 0 1)。结论 :高龄肥胖及糖尿病患者脉压差升高 ,而脉压差升高可能与肥胖、高龄及糖尿病参与心脑血管疾病的形成和发展有关
