摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)不仅仅是局限于肺部的疾病,它常合并心血管疾病、糖尿病等,造成全身损害。近年来这种全身损害及合并症日益受到重视,但其产生的机制仍不清楚,目前研究认为肺部炎症溢出可能是导致全身炎性反应及产生合并症的重要原因。该文围绕COPD肺部炎症与全身炎症、合并症的关系及合并症的干预措施进行综述。
