磷酸铁锂电池容量衰退轨迹分析方法

摘要
以A123系统公司出品的2 200 m A×h磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,以3C电流倍率25℃常温条件下满充满放进行了3 500次循环,同时每200个循环测试1C电流倍率条件下的充放电曲线、内阻衰退情况、容量衰退情况、OCV-SOC曲线以及1/20C电流倍率条件下的d Q/d V峰值曲线变化情况。为了验证上述容量衰退机制的分析方法,将3 500循环后的A123磷酸铁锂电池在手套箱中拆解并组装成扣式半电池,正极半电池与负极半电池的测试结果以及拆解前后的容量匹配分析验证了上述容量衰退分析方法的正确性和有效性。
