摘要：

银屑病是一种多基因遗传背景下机体免疫失常的慢性炎症性疾病,其病因和发病机制尚未完全明了,多认为是遗传和环境因素共同作用的结果,除皮肤受累外,还可以侵犯其他系统而引起严重并发症,其基本病理改变表现为角质形成细胞过度角化和角化不全,真皮浅层毛细血管增生、炎性细胞浸润等。临床上治疗银屑病的方法,包括药物治疗、物理治疗、免疫生物学治疗、中医中药治疗等。
